If you see a black or white screen, most likely the Camera permission is disabled. Go to your device Settings → CardX → enable Camera, relaunch the app, and try scanning again.
Open CardX → Scan Card. Place the card on a well‑lit flat surface with minimal glare, align the card in frame, tap the shutter, and wait a few seconds for auto recognition.
Tap Scan Card on the home screen, scan each card so it fully appears on screen, then add to Collection for tracking and management.
